Chapter 86 of the General Laws covering the motor vehicles laws of the State of Rhode Island, along with an extract from Chapter 460 about penalties for driving a stolen automobile and Chapter 727, which authorizes members of the state board of public roads to summon witnesses. Also includes “Rulings of the Board” and a template for garage-keeper’s record of automobiles entering and leaving the garage.
